Retail Customers
Free shipping is available on domestic orders of $75 or more and international orders of $200 or more.
Professional Partners
Free shipping is available on both domestic and international orders of $350 or more.
Orders are confirmed, packaged, and shipped by the end of the first business day after they are placed.
Guaranteed overnight and two-day shipping services are available when orders are placed by 9am PST on a business day.
United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for P.O. Box and U.S. military addresses.
International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with duties and taxes calculated and collected at checkout for a seamless delivery experience. No additional import fees should be due upon arrival. Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable on refused shipments.
Undeliverable and refused shipments are subject to a $15 handling fee.
